Tigers @ Royals: showers and storms in the area at the tail end of a cold front, some storms could be severe; moderate risk of a delay, but low risk of postponement

Braves @ Cubs: cold front approaching with a line of storms, some of which could be severe; current timing has storms arriving after the game ends but any change in the speed of the front could spell trouble for the mid to late innings.

Wednesday, 5/22

Mets @ Guardians: a few showers and storms in the area; moderate risk of a delay, low risk of postponement

Orioles @ Cardinals: high risk of delay with widespread showers/storms in the area; low risk of postponement

Padres @ Reds: chance of a few showers and storms encroaching from the west; slight risk of delay. Postponement looks unlikely at this point in time

Braves @ Cubs: showers and storms should be east and southeast of Chicago by the start of the game but can’t rule out a slight risk of a delay if a few storms linger

Thursday, 5/23

Mariners @ Yankees: a weak front passing through New England will likely spark a few showers and storms; moderate risk of a delay but postponement looks unlikely based on limited coverage of showers/storms.

Rangers @ Phillies: same as above

Padres @ Reds: showers and storms stretching across southern Ohio could spell a delay or two; moderate risk of postponement given storm coverage

Friday, 5/24

Mariners @ Nationals: strong possibility of postponement with widespread showers and storms moving east/southeast through the Mid-Atlantic

Saturday, 5/25

Mariners @ Nationals: delay likely and a moderate risk of postponement with showers and storms moving through northern Virginia and Maryland late afternoon through evening

Braves @ Pirates: showers and storms early, then clearing. Delay possible at the beginning of the game
